Comets to the Core

BCOM 1300 - Business Communication, UT Dallas

Comets to the Core is designed to help students showcase skill-sets in the areas of critical thinking, oral and written communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and social and personal responsibility. It allowed me to:

  • Collaborate with students to develop a solution to a real-world problem (Discrimination in the workplace under the topic: Peace, Justice and Institutions).

  • Analyze research to identify how we can alleviate social problems in the real world (on a local level, specifically in the business world).

  • Identify the social, political, environmental, and economic components of the complex world problem above, and provide solutions that address sustainability in each of these areas.
